RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Holalu accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your items. All returns must be sent back to Holalu within these 14 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping your items back with insurance or full tracking. Keep this information with you until the return is processed.
Holalu is not responsible for any lost/damaged returned items during transit.
FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
– Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains/alterations/damages.
-Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
-Original purchase receipt.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON:
-Items with no tags or original packaging.
-Items sent back after 14 days of receipt.
-Items with clear signs of use, make up, deodorant, perfume, or animal hair.
Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be subject to a restocking fee or return refusal.
Holalu is not responsible for any merchandise damages occurred during item care such as, but not limited to, dry cleaning, wear, washing, etc.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
-Items that have written Final Sale in the description.
-Items purchased with a BOGO promo discount can be exchanged for another item/size or refunded in the way of a store credit only.
-All accessories and Jewelry
-Intimates
-Pre-orders
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you’re not happy with your purchase we’ll do our best to solve the problem. Please contact us at customerservice@holalu.com and provide us with your order number, items you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the exchange/return.
We will email you back with further instructions and a return address.
